Question so i have this problem with my bios

Hey there I got myself an upgrade to a core i7-6700 and a GA-Q170M-D3H but it's bios has limited options so i cant get my motherboard to run things to its optimal level, Im new to pc and i dont know what bios to install https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Q170M-D3H-rev-10#support-dl-driver-sataraidahci that is the link to the site please help me find out which bios to install (i tried doing some research but i couldn't find anything on what bios to download for all options to optimize my cpu and gpu.) also side note my ram isn't running dual channel and its running single even though i have 2 of them in.

BIOS update won't optimize your CPU and GPU. What slots are the memory modules in?

Did you upgrade the chipset driver? There are the intel inf drivers, and the Intel management driver from 2019. The older ones are from 2016. f23d is the most current bios for your board. Can you use cpu-id and take snapshots of the cpu page, memory page, and spd page(s) showing the slot info on your memory and post them here?
