Do you have latest BIOS? Could check that. MIght also try raising the vCore (CPU voltage) a little ( say + 0.06). Do you have access to a different PSU you can try?

I'm gonna update the BIOS tomorrow, I haven't updated it since 2014...
I don't have access to any other PSU's, but mine is 750W and im really not sure how to up the voltage in my PSU.

So I just checked, my BIOS is up to date, and is there any risks to raising the PSU voltage? Also will this help the RAM which is already underachieving the average?

What is the DRAM? If 1600 or better have you enabled XMP? It's the CPU voltage, not the PSU, and no it will be perfectly safe

So, XMP is just enabled in the BIOS?

I wasn't really sure how to up the CPU voltage, but I did the XMP alteration and the RAM is now working as expected, however looking at the results my workstation got worse?

With that BM the results may well vary depending on what the computer is doing/has open,

I just ran it twice and had 90 106 58 then a couple minutes later 90 104 57 down under the specs it will also give you a percentage of background CPU processes which changed from 77% to 85%

Sorry, but im still unsure as to how you up the voltage for the CPU, any help?
