So I wanna know about my mobo

The b250 PC mate by msi. That's what I'm choosing for my build. I was just wondering whether it would fit in the nzxt S340 and it is compatible with a 144hz monitor because I've seen other mobos only able to use 60hz monitors.

The NZXT S340 is an ATX chassis which means it can accept an ATX, matx and mitx motherboard so the PC Mate will go in no problems. If you're going to run off the iGPU, then 60Hz is your limit.
