Question So my AVR started making noises.

I was cleaning my pc this morning after cleaning when i try to turn it on the avr released a sound not normal cuz normally it will just do a small clicking sound but today it was a buzzing sound, i was worried so i immediately turned my pc off, this has not happened, yesterday it seemed fine.

Hello idk if its fixed but i tried it again today, turning off my electric fans and replugging everything ill update if it comes back

So, I've been using this pc for almost a year now, and i have no encountered any problems, but yesterday when i tried to turn my pc on, the Automatic Voltage Regulator suddenly made electrical sounds / static, but after sometime of plugging and unplugging the sound suddenly went away and I have no problems using the pc until today it came back, any ideas what causes this?

The phenomena you refer to are called "coil whine", a very common issue with pwm power supplies.
