Socket 754 Venice & MSI K8N Neo Platinum compatibile?

Will these two be compatible:
MSI K8N Neo Platinum
Athlon 64 S754 Venice 3200+
?
Couldn't find any information, considering the 754 venice is pretty new.
Checked the MSI bios update information for anything about new CPU support, but no avail.

Oh cool i found it on MSI's site under cpu support.

754 Venice 3000+ has been tested. Can i be sure the 3200+ will work too?
Both are E6 steppings if that helps.
And how come the venice fsb is 1600mhz while all the socket 754 boards are 800mhz? is it like the same thing as 1000mhz and 2000mhz on the 939 boards?
