Socket 775 motherboards with DDR2-1066, and two PCI-E 2.0 slots?

I'm looking for a motherboard that will be compatible with my Q9650 CPU, two ATI GPUs (HD4870 and HD4850), and DDR2 1066 RAM (I have 8GB from OCZ). I'm having trouble finding a decent list of motherboard options. The Newegg Power Search doesn't give any in-stock results for Socket 775, DDR2 RAM (even if speeds lower than 1066 are checked), and two or more PCI-E 2.0x16 slots. Seems that the Newegg search results don't list products they no longer sell, and they've stopped selling most Socket 775 products.

Is there another motherboard search tool where I can specify these details - or perhaps simply a list of quality options that fit these criteria? Newegg has the most powerful search engine but it's not that useful if products they don't sell anymore aren't listed. I know there's other places where I can still buy motherboards Newegg doesn't sell, but I don't know which ones I should be looking for and trying to decide between.

I'm not looking to overclock so it doesn't need to be made for that.

Which pieces do you have? I am assuming you have the cpu and the 2 video cards already?
Also what is your budget?

I have all the pieces - Q9650, 8GB of OCZ DDR2 1066 RAM, and the HD4870 and HD4850. My current motherboard is a P5E Deluxe but it isn't working properly.

My budget is flexible, but since I don't need to OC I'd prefer something that wasn't too high-end. I'm thinking a P45 or perhaps an X48, although I'm open to other lines as well if they have boards that fit my requirements.

6 months ago you had some choices,but now the supply of LGA775 boards using DDR2 has about dried up. A Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P meets all of your requirements except availability. And I will not sell you mine.

Came up dry on newegg, amazon, TigerDirect, and Frye's.

I see two alternatives:
Upgrade to a newer platform, keeping the video cards and selling the CPU and RAM.
Look for a used board on eBay.

I might be able to find you one downtown - downtown Dhahran, Saudi Arabia but shipping will be very expensive.

They stopped making them so you can go to the mobo manufacturers sites Gigabyte, Asus, etc) and note down all the CF mobos (must be X38 or X48 or even P45 - it will work at x8/x8) then start googling those.

From what I know the new and even the used ones have big prices, example of a used one here:

Or you can sell your RAM and get new DDR3 RAM and something like this

I think Mosox pretty much covered what I would have said. I totally agree with him 100%. (except maybe the links, I didn't click them.) I agree with his decisions.

The first generation of X-38 M/B's are just going out of 3 year warranty, and manufacturer's warranty back stock will be showing up as refurbs on the usual sites. You may have to wait a few weeks or a few months, but it is coming.

Thanks for the good suggestions Just getting new RAM is a good idea, I hadn't thought of that. It actually wouldn't even be much of a price difference it looks like since DDR3 is pretty cheap nowadays, and the DDR2 boards are more expensive than the DDR3 boards. If I can't find a DDR2 for a decent price I'll do that.
