No matter how hard I try to keep the socket clean, there are always traces of paste
Do you think everything is in order? Not perfect but at least safe.

I see a small amount of what looks like thermal paste on two areas on the socket. There's a saying, if it ain't broke, don't fix it but the picture you've posted makes me want to ask, how much are you applying on the CPU's IHS?
Recently, my water cooling was replaced at a service center, there was a lot of MX-4 paste, I cleaned it carefully without removing the processor, then I removed it and saw these marks. I cleaned it with toothpicks along the edges, could this be the reason?

As long as the paste you are using is not electrically conductive it is not relevant and should be left alone. As their website indicates "The MX-4 is metal-free and non-electrical conductive which eliminates any risks of causing short circuit, adding more protection to the CPU and VGA cards."

Where exactly?
Would you mark them if it doesn't bother you?
This area - something looks wrong.
I can't tell, if it's a bent pin or you have a piece thermal paste in there.

Top down view is not ideal for spotting cpu socket pin irregularities.
You have to make photos from different sides/ different angles to spot bent pins.

I thought it was thermal paste.
And what caused this?
After installation in the service center, this is the first time the socket has been opened
Is this serious or?

seconding @Lutfij , if it ain't broke don't fix it, if it is working it's not a problem so probably best to leave it alone

I would however be concerned about how much paste your service center is using, perhaps find somewhere else to take your PC

It's just couple specks of thermal paste. Image #6 shows it very well.
You should be able to carefully clean that off.

Just make sure, you do not accidentally bend any pins.
Although the logo on my motherboard is for those who dare, I don't dare touch it
I'm considering replacing the EK liquid cooling because the rotating circle of the pump becomes static at some point, and the little logo is still in argb mode, the fans too, which makes me think that the pump is giving signals that it's going away. They had a foam and air method for safely cleaning sockets.
