Current Specs:

Motherboard - MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus
Memory - 2x16gb 3200mhz cl16 T.Force
CPU - 3800x and 5800X3D
GPU - GTX 1070
Storage - Samsung 970 Evo 500gb

I've updated the BIOS to the latest edition with the M.FLASH feature. With all components removed while updating.
Motherboard is NEW with no BIOS configurations

Trying to boot with Ryzen 3800X
- CPU Debug LED is on for a second then gets hung on the DRAM LED
I've tried different configurations of RAM, 1 Stick 2 Stick, no Stick, in different slots on the motherboard

Trying to boot with Ryzen 5800X3D
- Gets stuck on the CPU Ez Debug LED

CPU Cooler is installed on each Test, CPU isn't overheating

The thing I can think of is damage caused to the Motherboard, but I was very careful when installing each component.

It would be a great help from anyone with any perspective, Thank You

Update 1:

Not GPU, I also tried my old GTX 1050 same result except for the one time I got into BIOS after clearing the CMOS

I don't think it's the Memory, I tried with an old stick I had lying around, same issue. BUT I did get it BIOS once after clearing CMOS on (3800x), 1x8gb corsair vengeance but now I'm getting the DRAM light still after rebooting with the same configuration

Keyboard RGB turned on when it worked,

For now I'm going to keep trying to reboot.

Update 2:
I didn't think my memory was the issue being I used it on my old system but it seemed I was wrong

After more testing and a confusing debug LED, I've concluded that my T. Force Memory is causing my CPU Debug light to go off, I've tested each ram slot with each stick each causing the CPU Debug LED to turn on (3200mhz), I am able to using my system with an old 2400mhz Stick,

Now I've reduced my issue to why my T.Force Memory causes the CPU DEBUG LED to go off...

Found the solution
Thank You to everyone that helped!!!

I just ended up buying new RAM and it fixed the issue, I dont know what could have possibly happened to the old ram, static maybe who knows I was grounded,

EZ Debug could mean multiple things is what I learned
