On Input:

  1. Aorus 360 M Pro (rev 1.0, bios ver is unknown), (as MB)
  2. Core i7 9700. (as i7)
  3. Kingston 16 Gb (KVR32N22D8/16) (as Mem)
  4. Video on board.
On output:

System starting, quick single blink CPU led on MB, after that switch on led DRAM on MB - led is continuously light. Speaker didnt beep's, no post screen. System reboot automaticly after 3 sec approximatly, after restarts all steps repeating except reboot.

Made :

Change slots of mememory: state is unchanged;

I suppose, that bios is old and don't understant memory or CPU, but why there is no POST screen.

Please help to diagnose (complex conditions for grade A+: you havn't another memory bank, you havn't another gen 8 or gen 9 CPU and you havn't anther working system with comparable components).

The memory is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR4-3200 timing of 22-22-22 at 1.2V.

Motherboard has Support for DDR4 2666/2400/2133 MHz memory modules.

3200MHz is too fast for the motherboard.

It does not appear the memory operates at anything under 3200MHz which is not a supported speed. Try using DDR4 2666/2400/2133 MHz memory modules.
