[SOLVED] Some Games Won't Launch After GPU Upgrade?

So I recently upgraded from a GTX 1080 to an RTX 2070 Super. Everything was running great until I tried launching KurtzPel on steam, the game would begin to launch, the screen would go black, and then nothing, just CTD. I verified game integrity, un-installed and re-installed in other hard drives but nothing. All my drivers are up to date and so is windows. Today I tried running Warframe and it had the same issue except it sent me to the hardware problem page after the crash. I have disabled my firewall and am running no overclocks. I'm at a loss since all my other games run fine, even my hella modded Fallout 4 isn't having issues. The only thing I can think of is a directX issue since both KurtzPel and Warframe use Direct X 11 and I'm running 12. Any ideas? Sorry for the long post.
