[SOLVED] Someone else experiences lag on browsers RTX 3070 lastest drivers

I have a RTX 3070 for almost 3 months and since the first day i notice lag on all browsers i try (Edge, opera GX, mozilla, chrome) when scrolling down on videos, pages etc...

Disabling HW Acceleration helps but not fix the issue, also changing the Angle Graphics Backend to OpenGL or D3D9 or D3D11 also helps but again... not fix the issue

I've searching a little bit on forums with no much luck i only found a post on nvidia forums where some guy said that from some drivers from 475.xx and above have an issue with hw acceleration and browsers in general

It is actually seeming to be a real common problem with with these drivers role back to older drivers they have them on nvidia
