I need to know the max RPM of the stock fan in full load,
my pc is rebooting while i play some games and I think it's the fan not working well,
the fan was much louder when i bought and now it's super silent even in full load no metter what i do in the bios.

the temperatures are diferent in every program. the bios shows 70~100ºC (140~210ºF) at max 3000 RPM, but i heard it does not show the temps very correctly with APUs

Solution
I think we can safely rule out the behaviour as a thermal issue then. Better cooling might be nice, but you're still in safe margins.

But you bring up the graphics card as being fairly recent. When did this behaviour begin? Before or after the new graphics card? (I see it's an RX 550.)

Also what PSU are you using?
Been a while but... do you use AMD Overdrive to check your thermal margins? You've already alluded to knowing about incorrect temperature readings, and AMD Overdrive is the software which does it accurately for those older CPUs. Thermal margin works in the 'opposite' way to temperature readings: the lower the thermal margin, the hotter the CPU. So the thermal margin should be a positive value on a full load.

This is the thermal margin after 10min stability test on OD

But the Pc it's rebooting within half of this time while i'm playing even with themal margin remaining.
i'll start a game again and check the GPU temps, but i don't think that it's the GPU cuz bought it just a week ago.
