My News Groups are listed on the left side of the screen, and I would like
to sort them not alphabetitly, but by my frequency of use... ( My favorites
listed first) Hope that, that make sense...

AFAIK the News Groups will be in alphabetical order. The OE Gurus will be
able to help you - click on the following link to access the OE News Group
if you are not already subscribed to it:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
