Hi,
Can you please help me troubleshoot this sound beeping (static) noise which has been around since I bought my pc back in February. This sound is something similar to hearing your own "open mic" in your headsets, but without saying anything, it's a "windy", "beeping", "static" annoying sound - this is the best I can describe it .
My PC Hardware configuration as follows:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz box
Motherboard AsROCK B450 PRO4
Video Card - MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER VENTUS GP OC 8GB GDDR6 256-bit
Memory - HyperX Predator Black 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit
SSD Kingston A2000 250GB PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 2280
Samsung 860 QVO 1TB SATA-III 2.5 inch
Power Supply - Seasonic Focus GX, 80+ Gold, 650W
Headsets - HyperX Cloud Gaming II
Case - SilentiumPC Signum SG1X TG RGB
What I tried
It was not bothering me too much but recently I tried screen recording and even when I screen record, you can hear it on the recording itself, which is very annoying.
Appreciate you time and advice,
Thank you,
Rob

What I tried
- Reinstalling Drivers (it's weird that I have a Realtek Audio and LC24RG50 High Definition Audio in my Playback Devices, but I use Realtek)
- Using both front and back inputs for me headsets
- Lowering Microphone Volume from Recording Devices
- Changed "Default Beep" to None
- Went to Microphone Properties - Advanced and selected 2 Channel 16 Bit 48000 HZ
