Hi all,
I only just got a new computer built, installed steam to play some games, and all was good until I tried to start ANY source engine game, and it plays the Valve video then goes back to my desktop (some don't even play the video). As you can imagine this is frustrating me as it's brand new and I can't even use it for what I intended to use it for.
I've been searching for ages to try and find the solution, and everything I find doesn't seem to work, so hopefully someone can give me some more insight on how to fix it!
