I mistype on my g/f's iPhone 4, and I by no means have fat fingers. It's an expression, but perhaps the guy misunderstood what the salesperson said and took offense to being fat and having a pathetic, wimpy ego.

[citation][nom]besplatan[/nom]Lol Amerifats[/citation]

LOl Eurostinks!

Oh, wow, look at that! I can make an ignorant, stereo-type comment, too!

Not everyone is America is fat, just like not everyone in Europe avoids bathing.

This sales rep may have been biased against the iPhone. But the way I read it, he didn't want the guy taking the free phone (probably because he wouldn't get commission on it). They don't mention whether the customer would have had to pay for the Galaxy S3.

Either way, his behavior was inexcusable. As many shortcomings as the iPhone has, it doesn't justify treating the customer rudely or refusing to provide service to him.

[citation][nom]teaser[/nom]that salesman would have had my foot up his ass........[/citation]

Not sure it would have fit as his head is already stuck there 😀

The price of the phone has nothing to do with commission. The same can be said for the phone - make or model.

An upgrade is undesirable - they literally do not value you to the point where they'll kiss the ground you walk on - that would belong to the "New line".

I don't have much to say on the whole situation, other than the fact that people lie and over exaggerate. Fat fingers is also a term, and not really a condition.

Regardless of what i think of Apple. The sales person should have been fired for this. You can state your opinion's on a product. But if they wish to buy it you must sell it to him. Even if it's the wrong choice.

Americans. HAH. I don't get what I want therefore I get mad and go bitch about it to the world. No? Don't see us Chinese complaining about our rights bitch. Learn to take shit when it appears and deal with it. Life is unfair although you Americans may feel obligated to get whatever you want, whenever.

You mad bro?

[citation][nom]dormantreign[/nom]Amazing, we need more reps like him. I do the same thing at wal-mart.[/citation]

With that kind of piss poor attitude, you'll be at walmart for a long time.

Every day I spend with my Samsung Android phones its a little harder to understand why anyone would want an iPhone. I used to applaud the iphone's simplicity but JellyBean continues to prove it's superiority. They say ignorance is bliss. ..guess its true. I wish we Americans would wake up.

[citation][nom]hytecgowthaman[/nom]Which smartphone has battery backup upto 1days @full brightness wifi on.[/citation]
I have a note 2. I run full brightness, with everything else on. I use my phone a lot since it replaced my laptop,3g stick, and blackberry. I have never run out of battery. Funny article. I too was sold to a Samsung while replacing my wife's broken iphone 4. They salesperson didn't have to call down the iphone. They simple showed me the Galaxy s2...... easy sell, you don't even have to touch it. Just look at it. The screen alone is worth the switch.

what a freaking idiot....that guy does not deserve to work for sprint...who cares if he has fat fingers...he just wanted to sell the POS malware filled galaxy SIII....what a joke

Hmmmmm why is Sprint consistently last in the US cell phone customers. I'm going to go with sales reps who can't close a easy sale and instead insult a customer are most likely the reason. Up slightly from yesterday's ,main reason of crappy network.

Sometimes when you know something is going to come back on you like a boomerang, you really try to avoid selling it. Today's bad sale is tomorrow's irritating return.

"Gee sir, are you SURE you want to buy a hat that physically will not fit on that big melon you call a head?"
"Of couse I am, I've done all the research and this is the most popular hat on the market. It's got more features and it's got an awesome logo."
[citation][nom]techcurious[/nom]Lets try to bring this back into context... exactly how fat are his fingers!? Just saying.. maybe his fingers were too fat to hit only one square icon with rounded corners at a time..[/citation]Also, did he walk out of the store or waddle out?

I have an S3. What makes you think it's a POS and has malware? It's proved to be great and I've not run into any malware.

[citation][nom]otacon72[/nom]..and you wonder why people have such a low opinion of Walmart.[/citation]
Welcome to Wal-Mart... get your s**t and get out. Have a nice day.

My friend has fat fingers and no iPhone, he makes $1000 a week suing random people from home.
See how you too can earn at www.suing-random-people-for-fun.com
