The price of the phone has nothing to do with commission. The same can be said for the phone - make or model.
An upgrade is undesirable - they literally do not value you to the point where they'll kiss the ground you walk on - that would belong to the "New line".
I don't have much to say on the whole situation, other than the fact that people lie and over exaggerate. Fat fingers is also a term, and not really a condition.
