ssd and sleep

Don't take it so serious it's about the SSDs P/E if your using a mid-range ssd you don't need to worry about these things and that's the case when you want to hibernate , but sleep?!!? hibernate will write the status on ssd so they say it's better to sleep the system so there would be no write on ssd instead the status will be stored on ram.equation they assume is like --- less write=more endurance - but that's not a serious problem to worry about!

OK, I think I get it. Hibernate has to write to disk the full status of the system- open files, etc. but sleep mode doesn't. If you experts don't hesitate to sleep an SSD, then I won't either. I have a high powered Dell XPS system so it should be ok. Thanks for your comments.
