Welcome to the forums my friend!

Not really a noticeable difference in actual application. But depending on your usage, you also won't notice a difference between an NVME and SATA SSD.
The Samsung is arguably higher quality and will have a better software package.

But at current UK prices, I would opt for a 660p anyway If I wanted an NVME: https://www.cclonline.com/product/269937/SSDPEKNW010T8X1/Solid-State-Drives-SSDs-/Intel-SSD-6-Series-660p-1TB-Solid-State-Drive-PCI-Express-3-0-x4-M-2-80mm-3D2-QLC-Internal-/SSD0910/?siteID=8BacdVP0GFs-6slQlHkMa3rsH8jEKfUgBw
