I've been told numerous times never to defrag an SDD. But my computer has gotten much slower and my SSD sometimes just up and freezes crashing my PC entirely. I've gotten a few blue screens of death recently too, the SSD says it has like 47GB of free space when i barely have anything on it. Just the windows files and 2 games. Its a 500GB SSD it should not be that full. I analyzed it and the program said it was 67% fragmented. Should i defrag it? Would that help at all even if its just one time? I'm tired of it being super slow and freezing and also being so full when nothing is on it.

Windows 7 and later knows what to do with an SSD. Don't manually "defrag" it.

"just windows and 2 games" ?
And almost all of the drive consumed? Either these are large games, or you have something else going on. Or both.

As above, WinDirStat, as Admin, and post the screencap here.
Also, whats the status of your antivirus?

@xLINDSEYx - Could we get some more details on this?

What SSD, what application is showing you this 67%, what OS, etc, etc, etc.
As much detail as you can.
I used the defragger that CClearner makes its probably just wrong then. And its a windows 10 system. Ill try clearing out some space. I dont care much about the fact its fragmented as much as i care about why its so full when nothings on it and the freezing
