SSD not initialising!!!

So, last night my ADATA SU650 ssd stopped working... I tried some tests to see if it worked or not but it didn't... I connected it to another computer to see (in disk management) that it wasn't initialised. When I press initialise and press ok, it says "The System cannot find the file specified". Ive only had the ssd for a few months and I don't think its completely dead.
