Hi,
I have the Laptop - MSI GS63VR 6RF.
Initially, the battery was gone and I replaced it with the correct config.

Then, I noticed that I kept getting critical_process_died error in windows 10. I'm not sure if this problem existed before installing new battery.

the blue screen error used to constantly come and finally, now the windows doesn't load at all.

I can see that the MSI logo comes as soon as the laptop is turned on but no progress there after.

I can see that the SSD is being shown in Boot menu and BIOS system information.
It shows "SAMSUNG MZVPV256HDGL - 00000 (256.0GB)"

In the boot menu: "Windows Boot Manager (P1: SAMSUNG MZVPV256HDGL - 00000)"

I tried to re-install windows, I found that the SSD is not detected by windows.
tried with Ubuntu, even Ubuntu doesn't detect

Tried with different BIOS settings but changing SATA mode and UEFI stuff, no luck..

What could be the issue?
Or, is there any way to fix this?
