Question SSD write speed is very slow ?

I have an iMac 2017 using a Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SSD and its writing speed is very slow, only 14MB/s.
I have been using it for 2 years, is there any way to fix it? I often use it for a long time so it happens like that, My hard drive has 700GB free space

Sometimes doing a Secure Erase or Sanitize operation on an SSD can bring back original speeds, However this operation is permanent data destructive. So backup, if you want to try that way.
