Stabilize RAM after overclock?

Hello,I have a xeon x5450 processor,i overclocked it to 4ghz by upping the fsb to 444.
It is stable on aida64 benchmark but the program crashes when i add the ram to the benchmark.
I am sure the RAM is the problem but i dont know what to do in order to make the RAM more stable.

No idea what DRAM is or what it is running at - knowing the mobo would be nice, as well as the PSU and GPU
