Ive been trying to fix this for a few days, but I’m at a loss. At this point I can only guess it’s the CPU or something mundane I completely overlooked. Initially my computer crashed and didn’t display, showed a 00 on the motherboard. I went the cheap route and got a new motherboard, after reviewing some posts, replaced the RAM, but now the computer boot loops 3 times, then boots up, but never displays. The EZ debug light for RAM stays on during the boot loops, then flashes the CPU light and shuts down before starting up again. I’ve reseated the RAM a dozen times and took out the GPU just in case, but the motherboard and RAM are brand new, so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3.0ghz DDR4 8gb x4
PSU:Corsair CX750 750w
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MA620P
GPU: XFX Radeon RX GTS XXX Edition
Please let me know your thoughts on this, hoping it’s not the CPU, but even conformation would be super helpful. Thanks!
