Steelseries Kinzu V2 not working

Hi,so I had this problem when my kinzu v2 stopped working when I bootup my laptop today.I tried to use the mouse fixer and reinstalling the driver and patched up the mouse firmware but still no luck.

I also reinstall my windows 8 and reinstall the driver again and still, the mouse wont work.I plugged the mouse in another laptop and it work fine.So its kinda weird and troubling me. Anyone has encountered this kind of problem before?

Very weird. check and see if anything else works in that USB port. It may be broken. other than that you could the mouse back (which is just a thought even though you said it worked on your other PC.)

Sorry to interfere but , Syehino told me that that the mouse not working at the all of usb port . So , i think its the driver problem but cannot trace the problem yet . Someone told me that the laptop mobo has damaged .

Well, if your laptop MOBO is damaged you have a whole new problem. as of what you said before, could you restate it? I couldn't quite understand.
