I wrote in about an error message I was getting, access is denied, and the
help I was give was great and I was able to get to my info in safe mode and
take ownership of the folder, but, thats just it, I am only able to access it
in safe mode. I took ownership of it under administrator then it says owner
and has a bunch of numbers and then it says administrator again. Now, when I
log on to my computer it starts up and I am "owner" and have all
administrative rights but I am still not able to access my folder unless I
start up in safe mode. Any help on this would be great and thank you sooooo
much for the previous help, I was very relieved to see my pictures and know
that they were still there. Thanks

What happens if you take ownership of the folder(s) and file(s) and move
them to a spot on the C: drive itself? Are you then able to see it with your
normal user account?
