stop opening open with selection box

When ever I try to open a program that time an open with box comes. It gives me an option to select a file which is .exe type. Than it opens. Like if I want to open a doc file it will open the box & will gve me the option to use the right programme for it. Please help me with this......I am begging for your help...

right click on a file go to its property , click on change tab (at the end of opens with label) from that select the appropriate program & dont forget to enable "always use this program to open this kind of file"

it's bcz problem with your registry, get Ccleaner & perform registry scan
