Who makes the card? might be the fans on the GPU turning on/off

I would take glass off to isolate source of the noise
Gigabyte rtx 2060 6 gb. Fans in this time were turning on but decreased speed like from 2100 prm to 1400 prm and my temperature also decreased from maybe 67 to 55. It can be glass but I don't sure that it's glass because in the other times when my temperature goes down- nothing like this. I can't take off my glass, because don't know when it can be and don't want to do this repeatedly. I think it's a backplate because it's plastic and can do sound like this. But I want to see others opinions to find a solutions in this way.

The fans have to be set above 35 percent or the fans make that noise I had the same issue just got my pc not even two days later it was clicking and making the fans sound I set my fans speed at 40 percent so they are always on and not shutting off and Turing on causing vibration from the fans rpm’s not fully stopped when it starts back up it makes a vibration from when it was lost spinning
Gigabyte RTX 2060 fans clicking

I did see one case where they blamed the PSU
