Out of curiosity I've done a netstat on my pc, and I think that I've found something odd...

Here are the results of the ESTABLISHED adresses...

Is there anything I should worry about? Because the pc has been slowing down a lot lately, and the attrib command hasn't shown anything odd on C:/ - Windows - System32 - %appdata% or %temp%, so I don't really know what to do...

Solution
You would have to look up all those IP to see what they are and many times they don't map to the exact site because multiple sites can share ip addresses.

That is likely fairly safe it is all encrypted https web sessions. You likely have a browser open. Web pages open tons of crap in the background. All kinds of tracking and advertising stuff. I run adblockers and ghostery to reduce the crap.
