Hey guys! I'm having some odd POST issue with the PC I've had for a number of years. I started when one morning I went to turn on my PC and it wouldn't POST. So I turned it off and back on, and then it was fine. But one morning, it refused to POST, no matter how many times I turned it off and on again. I decided to check the error lights, and it indicated a RAM problem. So I removed all the sticks and re-inserted them, and THEN it posted fine.
The problem has been ongoing since then. Sometimes it complains about the GPU, sometimes the RAM. In most cases, it'll POST fine after turning it on and off again, but sometimes I need to do that RAM reseating dance. One the PC is running, there's no issue with things like blue screens, so it seems there's nothing wrong with my RAM or GPU. Could there be a problem with the motherboard? I've tried updating to the latest BIOS, but that didn't help.
Here's my specs if it helps:
CPU: Intel Core i9-12900KF
Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z690-A
GPU: Asus STRIX GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB (4x 8GB) DDR4-3200
PSU: Corsair AX1000 80+ Titanium
