[SOLVED] Strange vibrating noise coming from PC

Hi all

I wanted to make sure I'm not being paranoid but I turned my PC on today and noticed a loud vibrating sound coming from my PC.

From what I can tell it has something to with a fan on the case or CPU cooler.

I've had the case since 2014 - Corsair Obsidian Series 750D ATX Full Tower Performance Windowed Computer Case - Black

My temperatures seem to be fine but I'm concerned about the noise.

Does anybody have an answer or solution for fixing this?

Open the case, and see where the noise/vibration is actually coming from???

If its a case fan gone bad it's an easy sub $10 replacement, if it's the cpu it's a bit more complicated but not overly.
