No point In OCing If the Turbo sends It to 4.2 out the box. I'll get the H7 then just 'cause It's cheaper. I was looking Into the H60 but I keep reading about leaks.
The "bottleneck" is your CPU is very good while your GPU is mid tier. This isn't an issue in the slightest. Your CPU will by far outlast your GPU. When you are ready for a new GPU the CPU will still be fine.
(Had to sign In through Google) So I've Installed the 8700k with the Cyorig H7. I'm having a few Issues. One being my PC keeps locking up / freezing for a couple seconds. Second Is my utilization and temps are spiking. 13% - 40% then back down. 35c up to 50c and back down.
@Finstar, he was recommended Ryzen and chose 8700k. 8700k is fine for streaming.
You recommended a 1800x which is overpriced, outdated and lacks a cooler.
And sticking to something because you've always used it instead of buying something different thats cheaper and better for the application is what causes stagnation in technology. Do you want another 5 years of quadcore refreshes?
So any Idea why my PC may be freezing? Everytime I open an app my PC locks up for a few seconds. Sometimes when I type It takes a few seconds for the text to actually register. Also I love how Chrome doesn't load my webpages anymore but Firefox/Edge do.
So I get 100fps In CS:GO all low settings. 45fps In PUBG. Something Is obviously wrong Inside my PC. I just don't know what. I guess I'll have to take It Into a shop.
Ok,you are going to need to be as specific as possible. What brand for your hard drives? Are they new, if not, how old? What is on the SSD? How much space is left? What is on the HHD?
WDC. HDD Is a few years old but It was fine before I changed the parts for these. SSD Is probably the same. SSD Is my OS/Internet and one game. HDD Is all my backup Pictures/Films etc.
