Question Streaming on these specs. Is it capable?

Will I be able to stream at, at least 720p and remain at 100+ fps on fortnite low settings and other games remaining above 60 fps. What games wouldn't I be able to stream?

Even if you were able to stream using your rig, your power supply will give up on you one day you are legit using one of the worst power supplies out there today.

why is it so bad? will I be able to upgrade in future?

It's not bad bad, but it's got crappy capacitors and could thus start to produce lots of ripple, causing hard to diagnose crashes and all sorts of issues.
They are a bottom end entry level power supply.
You won't be so sure about upgrading in future if the power supply decided to go rip and kill the system.
