Question Stuck in my BIOS Screen

After I had installed my new cou I had booted up and gotten into my BIOS, but the problem is that when I click save and reboot I keep just getting sent into ym BIOS this has been a cycle for a while now, and I don't know how to get out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If I understand, whether or not you hit the key to enter the BIOS menu, you enter it anyway?

If this is the case, I think it might be due to the system not finding a drive to boot from.

Have you made sure, also in the BIOS, that the system is recognizing all your drives?

If not, try checking the connections or plugging the (presumably) SATA connectors to different headers on the motherboard.

If the drives don't already have an OS installed, proceed to install an OS by putting it on a USB stick or whichever method you prefer, and booting from that installation drive.

I don’t hit any keys to get myself into BIOS it just takes me then from the get go and I have no idea on how to get out of it.
