Hello, i have a problem. I get stutters in all games that i've played on my pc. I've tried practically everything but i still have stutters in games.

My specs
Motherboard: gigabyte ga-a320m-s2h
Cpu: ryzen 3 3200g
Gpu: rx 570 armor 8g oc edition
Power supply: cooler master elite v3 600w
Ram: 8 GB 2666
512 GB SSD and 500 GB HDD

What i've tried:
Reinstalling Windows couple of times
Changing cooling
Reseting bios to default options
Reinstalling graphic card drivers
Optimizing windows 10
Turing off gaming mode
Turning off high precission event timer

Stuttering is usually because of slow single thread performance.

You have two strikes against you here.
  1. a single stick of ram will run in slower single thread mode.
  2. Ryzen depends on fast ram for performance.
Your 2266 ram speed is less than the 3200 speed that is supported.

I would dump the old ram and buy a supported 2 x 8gb ddr4 3200 speed ram kit.

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full?

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor, just one at at time, to observe system performance.

First while not gaming and then while gaming.

Determine what resources are being used, to what extent (%), and what is using the resource.

Especially when a stutter occurs.
