I just upgraded my Ryzen 7700X to a Ryzen 7800X3D (got it as a gift), and it is giving me some intense stuttering issues in games. my FPS highs will be in the hundreds, while my lows go down to below 30. Being on a 240hz display makes this incredibly frustrating.
I have all of the NVIDIA drivers for my 3070 Ti, and all of the the chipset drivers for my 7800X3D. The issue is so bad that my mouse looks like it is teleporting on my desktop screen at times. I have tried:
If anybody has any ideas please let me know as this is an expensive system for me and it only works half the time I try to use it. Thanks.
One important thing to note is that it does work perfectly sometimes, which I find odd.

- Updating the BIOS,
- Hard restarting my PC,
- Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
- Enabling XMP
- Enabling PBO, etc.
