Subnetting!! Please help!!!

Hi there i have this question this is the setup:
starting address of 192.168.0.0/16 , i need 3 subnets (A, B and C) each of them need 250 hosts.
i know that my CIDR will change to /24, but i dont understand what my network address for A, B and C would change to.
I will be assigning first available to gateway and last available to the workstation for both network A and C
the topology sorta looks like this:
networkB ________________/___
s0/0 s0/1
R1---------------R2
f0/0 | .__ .__| f0/0

switch switch

| .__ | .___
WS1 WS2 networkC_____________/___

This sounds like a homework question to me. Have you considered downloading a decent subnet calculator? Anyhow, sorry, I won't do other people's homework.
