As I said in the title, whenever I am playing World of Warcraft, and tab to desktop to look up something in Brave, i get this very subtle screen flashing. It's not bad enough to disrupt anything, but it's very noticeable. So far, the only thing that seems to get it to stop is a full restart, but then it may happen again if I want to tab to Brave. I've never seen anything like this before, and with my limited troubleshooting knowledge, I'm not sure what to search for. I can provide dxdiag if needed, my gpu is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti.
