Question Suddden black screen, GPU fans at 100% - GTX 750

My EVGA GTX 750 was running fine, until one day I woke up in the morning, boot my PC ... after 5 minutes suddenly my PC freezes with a yellow screen. After that, I rebooted - no display on my monitor but everything is running fine inside my case. I have tried everything, even i tried the GPU in another system...same problem..I cant figure out what is wrong with my gpu?? Plz help me..

If I take out the GPU and put it back again after 4-5 hrs., suddenly display on my monitor , boot properly and then after 5 mins, same problem.

My MB-MSI B450 PRO VDH MAX, CPU-AMD Ryzen 5 3500, PSU- Gigabyte 550 Bronze are brand new. Disassembled and reassembled like 100 times.

Sounds like sadly your GPU has finally given up the go.

If it does the same in another system, then suspect GPU is on it's way out.

If it's out, then why it is sometimes giving display on my monitor..

because it may be an intermittent problem or it may be thermal related.

I have given the GPU to repair... he is saying that there is something wrong with the VRMs...however, i am not sure of him...
