Question Sudden fps drop, Not because of Heat

past few days, i played titanfall 2 and it's working fine, but 2 days ago i have this problem where i can't even watch youtube.
the frame drop like when laptop got a overheat, but my laptop is not hot at all, i think the hardware is damage but i'm not sure...
i tried make my laptop SUPER light i even make it to peformance mode... but nothing is working.. now my laptop can only be used as mp3 player.......
