[SOLVED] Suggestion for Memory?

So I recently diagnosed an issue with my newly built PC. Games were constantly crashing on startup, after a long diagnosis it happened to just be that of the Ram sticks was faulty.
MY QUESTION to all of you is what would you suggest for replacement?

Currently have: T-Force Delta RGB 2x8GB DDR4 3600MHz
I am probably just going to get a replacement as that is the easiest course of action through Amazon. However, if this is not a good brand/model/ect. please let me know as this issue will now set me back a couple of days until the replacement arrives!

P.S. Also what would I have to do update wise (any kind of software updates?) when I receive the new sticks of Ram? Should I just reinstall drivers, not exactly sure how to go about that part?

Teamgroup ram is usually fine. I use it in most of my builds I sell. Maybe need more info if XMP settings for ram are wrong could have causes the issues also. What is the motherboard?

Have you contacted the manufacturer for an RMA? If it is "new" then it will be covered by manufacturer's warranty.

You will also need to list your CPU as 3600Mhz are OC RAM.

How did you determine one of the modules were faulty? Normally when a module is faulty you RMA the full kit however you may have a mismatch.

Wait until we determine if your kit is a mismatch so you can get a kit that both the MB and CPU support. Once the above is known then a recommendation will be made based on what are tested and know to work.

Also : The only drivers you need be concerned with are your Chipset and Bios update and that will be recommended if need be.

After trying to run Back 4 Blood since its requirements were not as heavily demanded and I was able to get a little farther into the startup. However, again it was crashing at different points. I did a little research and again it pointed towards ram, removed one stick, except this time when it crashed it was almost instant. I then pulled out the second one replaced it with the first. This time it the game loaded first try. I did a little more testing (each slot with each stick of ram, just to confirm). To me, obviously there's an issue with one of the memory sticks.

I bought it through Amazon so I plan to just get a replacement/exchange which they cover, but you're right I should contact them directly for an RMA regardless

Just to clarify here are my specs, after using just the one stick that appears to be functioning correctly Back 4 Blood does not crash, but Warzone does with only one 8 GB stick. I assumed it was just the stick, but I honestly am second guessing myself with the responses.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core Processor with Stock cooler 3.7GHz

PSU: MSI MPG Series A650GF (650Watt 80+ Gold Certified)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A (comes with 3 stock RGB fans, bought one additional for build)
Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit

Ryzen 5 5600x officially supports up to 3200Mhz. It will depend on the Memory controller if you can reach the rated frequency at 3600Mhz with no guaranty.

Your original post indicates you have 3600Mhz RAM? which is it?

Recommend you return to Amazon to exchange for: T-Force Part No = TCD48G3200C16CBK
They are a (2x8) 16GB tested kit with Samsung B-Die chips and will work well with your system.

Its 3600MHz that was a typo on a copy and paste I did. If the CPU only supports up to 3200, cant I just overclock to 3600?

You can certainly try however there won't be a profile for easy overclocking.
It will involve manually tuning in Bios for Timings and Voltage. Best not to exceed the manufacturers recommended Voltage and do it in 200Mhz steps till the system refuses to boot or becomes unstable.
