Question Suggestion for novice entry level camera

Hello,
I love taking pictures and i am thinking to get an entry level camera for a novice.
My budget is 500-700€.
I love to take pictures on my travels and i was looking for a mirrorless camera.
I am not sure if DSLR or mirrorless is better for me.
I am more into photo and not that much into video.

At this level of use, there is no real difference between DSLR and mirrorless.

It is hard to get a "bad" camera. They are all pretty good, and can take great pictures.

The main players are Nikon and Canon.
Secondarily Fuji, Sony.

I have a Fuji X-T1, which is great.

Do NOT get caught up in "moar megapixels!!"
That is mostly irrelevant.

Thanks a lot!

Would look at Fuji as their kit lens is pretty good. Also look for used cameras. Think an XT30 with lens fits easily into your budget
