Question Suggestions for a low height cooler ?

My case is a Cooler Master K350 and I want to upgrade from the stock Intel cooler. Problem is, the case can only accommodate a maximum of 148.5mm height for air coolers and it only has space for 120mm fans so a 120mm AIO at most. Current choices that I've found that I can purchase where I am (Philippines) are the Arctic Liquid Freezer II AIO, Thermalright Silver Arrow 130, and Thermalright Silver Soul 135.

I'm looking for something that is pretty low budget so Noctua is out and can be found locally or ordered online from the big online retailers here to keep shipping costs down. I'm running a 12400f and don't plan on upgrading to an unlocked CPU anytime soon, this is more just for comfort since I'm not comfortable with my CPU running idle at 40+ degrees. Gonna need a lot of suggestions since availability here is gonna be a pain.

You should have access to a CoolerMaster Hyper 412R though please understand that the case you have is actually badly build...it wasn't designed to house high TDP processor parts. You might benefit the most with a case with a well ventilated front with provision to add fans.

Yeah I realised a while ago that the case isn't the greatest but it's from my first build so I'd love to keep it for as long as possible. And it's pretty hard to find a case that still has 5.25 bays and I love the look of having knobs on the front of my case and I have a collection of music album CDs I use a DVD player for. It at least has holes going out of the case if I ever wanted to try a custom water loop with the rad and everything on the outside lol

Thermalright does a Peerless Assassin 120 Mini, which is 135mm tall. 6 heatpipes dual tower. Same with their Assassin King 120 Mini (5 heatpipes single tower).
