Well I need to change my chassis following is my system configuration...

CPU: AMD PHENOM II X4 955 BE
Motherboard: Gigabyte
MA785GMT-UD2H
RAM: 3GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
Graphic Card:XFX ATI Readon HD 5770
HDD: Seagate 500GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

Mu budget is $40

What are you using for a cpu heatsink and fan? Stock AMD heatsink or a third party heatsink? If it is a thrid party heatsink what is the brand and model?

Another place 2 start, newegg has the Cooler Master Storm Scout SGC-2000 with a $20 rebate until the end of the month. This brings the total to $80 approx. with free shipping. This has a carrying handle, comes with 3 mounted fans and switchable fan lights. On the other hand, some PSUs might have cable length problems. Just a thought.
