Question super slow SSD speed

so i bought a Kingston SSD couple of months ago and i just thought of running benchmarks and i'm surprise with the results.
i'm using Intel and SATA 3

That looks like SATA II speed. I replaced my laptop HD(84Mb/s) with an Adata SU630 and it shows 480 Mb/s in crystal mark. Do you have the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard?
