Appearantly, this is good stuff. This $60.99 1GB module is supposedly striking 800-950mhz with 5-5-5-15 2T timings. It seems like 1.9v is good for DDR2-800 (I've seen up to 866) and 2.2v they are getting beyond 900. Not bad for $61 per GB.
I don't know about you, but that seems like some good value RAM.
What do you think? I'm considering grabbing 4 modules and trying to hit DDR2-850 speeds with it.
