The bandwidth caps are not what I found surprising. What I found surprising is that according to their survey, 83% of Americans don't know what a gigabyte is. Where did they conduct their survey? A retirement home?
Plus if that many people in the survey don't even know what a gigabyte is or how much they consume, of course 81% are going to have a negative reaction when you say the words "pay more money."
