Question System Black Screening and Crashing

2 Month Old Pre-Built 2060 and Core I5 10500


eventually while gaming the system will at random go to a black screen and crash, just before it crashes audio will loop for a second and sometimes cut back in then stop altogether, when pressing the power button the system will instantly power off.
i dont think it is gpu because one of the games i play can be played without gpu usage and the system will still sometimes crash. The Temps when it crashes are around 40-50c for cpu and 40c with a 50c hotspot for gpu. The System is completely fine witih just chrome and discord open.

im unable to run Memtest86 because it just wont work, when in the bootmenu trying to boot from the usb will cause the screen to flash and the menu to reappear with nothing happening
