I need to know if these parts would work together and if they don't, other parts to use.
I know this seems like a big ask, but this is going to be my first build and i don't want to stuff it up. But the main thing here is too tell me if the parts would work together. You don't have to make me an entirely new pc.
All the help is appreciated

Also, i know there isn't an os or storage, but i'm getting those for free

1tb hard drive and 64 bit windows

thanks for the help

Solution
I did look abit further and found this motherboard in the next build, but it isn't enough to get a substantially better gpu in,it does give space for an ssd,

This build will work but I would advise that you go for this: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/
This is slightly more and will perform much better. The AMD CPU is a bad choice and spending 100 on a case in a 1000 build is not justifiable

this is a solid build.... in 2013.

this will outperform the system by a mile...or 4

How is the amd cpu a bad choice? Also, this isn't a 1000 build. It's a bit lower then 1300 if you count the other parts

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/hB2Rqk After some research i replaced some parts and it turned into this: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/rvhtr7

Here are some figures showing the 1070 in my build vs the 1050 to in yours: GeForce-GTX-1070-vs-GeForce-GTX-1050-Ti
As you can see the 1070 is much more powerful and I have managed to put it in the same budget as you

- the SuperNOVA Nex is pretty poor of a PSU for that price.
- the 1050Ti is pretty weak in terms of performance
- H170 boards need a BIOS update to work with Intel's 7x00 CPUs. So you'll need a H270/B250 board
- the case is kinda pricy. Looks good yes. But kinda pricy.
- the cooler is a nice gimmick. However 35$ make a difference with your budget. I suggest going with the stock cooler for now. You can replace the cooler later on.

@TheSenpaiOfTech you didn't list any build...

It is nothing. You need to get the url of the build in the top left.

Got rid of the cooler (not over clocking any way), don't care about the case's cost and I will get a new motherboard.

The psu is a 650w 80plus gold, how is that bad?
For a 1300 build, is the gpu really bad?

Also, it says that my cpu can't handle the voltage of the ram. If you go to the bottom of this https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/VZmLf8
What does that mean?

Why is everything so tiny?

It has a crap psu in it so it's not.You can't just give up all quality just to get a better gpu in it.

If choosing the I5 7500 or other Kaby Lake would i wait for boards with the right chipsets to be displayed in the pcpartpicker or look at the shops for best compatibility.
Something like this,
https://www.mwave.com.au/product/asrock-z270pro4-lga-1151-atx-motherboard-ab94331

Looked at your own build and the motherboard you chose is using ddr3 which you don't want so although probably cheap not the right one.

its not that bad and for about 10 more you could get a better one anyway

For the gpu is 4gb becoming about the standard, but it depends on the resolution you play at too, also what games.

650W --> maximum rated wattage output
Gold --> efficiency rating, how much power is wasted by the PSU.
Both says nothing about the quality of a PSU.
It's like saying your shoes are size 13 and brown - doesn't tell you anything about the quality of your shoes.
The 1050Ti is a good card at 720p. At 1080p you're looking at mid-settings.

As for TheSenpaiOfTechs build:
Terrible PSU.
Wouldn't go for an ITX 1070 as they're drawn to thermal throttling.
Furthermore an i5-6400 can bottleneck a 1070.

However the general idea is pretty good.
An i5-6500 + a better PSU might make room for a GTX1060/Rx480

Sorry for my build, I posted it as a point more than a guided build. I agree with you completely
