System crashes #$%^

I think this is a software problem."Most" times when I leave one web page and attempt to access another the fatal blue screen of death appears with a "fatal exception oe error" I have tried new memory and different memory banks but it still appears.The system does not freeze in any other application.
Does anyone have any ideas ?
The system is a P2 350 with 64 M ram...win98

Probably IRQ conflict or simply Windows rot. You should first check IRQ conflicts under system info. If there's no conflict, could be time for a yearly Windows Fresh Install.

I would have to disagree with that last POST. First read off most of the error message including the memory address and I'll tell you where the error lies. The answer is usually in the error message.
